Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms govern the use of GTM OS, a platform operated by RLGH AG, Blegistrasse 23, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, under the brand Peakora (“Peakora”). If your company has a separate agreement with Peakora, that agreement takes precedence.

1. The service

GTM OS gives companies access to go-to-market products (such as call analysis or campaign reporting). Which products a company can use depends on its agreement with Peakora. Products may be marked as beta; beta products are provided for testing and may change or be discontinued.

2. Accounts and access

  • Access is by invitation only. Each person signs in with their own work email address.
  • Account owners and admins decide who in their company has access and are responsible for removing people who should no longer have it.
  • Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.

3. Your data

Your company keeps all rights to the data it brings into GTM OS. Peakora processes it only to provide the service, under our data processing agreement and privacy policy. Each company’s data is kept strictly separate from other companies’ data.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use GTM OS only for your company’s legitimate business purposes and in line with applicable law.
  • Do not try to access other companies’ data, circumvent security measures, or overload the service.
  • Only connect tools and data you are entitled to use.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep GTM OS available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may improve and change the platform and its products.

6. Liability

Peakora is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect or consequential damage and lost profit is excluded. Individual client agreements may set different limits.

7. Ending access

Access ends when your company’s agreement ends or your company removes you. Company data is returned or deleted as set out in the data processing agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Baar, Switzerland.
